Haldia Floating Terminal Pvt. Ltd(HFTPL)

Bothra Shipping Services Pvt Ltd. operates Haldia Floating Terminal (Riverine Jetty) with Ripley Group as JV partner. The terminal is first of it’s kind of with a combination of floating & fixed cranes operating simultaneously to handle handle bulk cargo at the rate of over 10,000 TPD2. The annual capacity of the terminal is 4MMTPA . The Terminal is well equipped to handle 12,000dwt Mini-Bulk carriers. The Terminal comprises of barge unloading facility by Cranes and Hopper/Conveyor system up to the Dumping Yard and then transporting the Cargo to the allocated Importer’s Plot.

The terminal works in tandem with the Floating Cranes (operated by Bothra Group) to unload ships that cannot enter the Haldia Dock. We undertake the cargo handling operation from the various cargo interests which includes giving complete package of service starting from unloading the vessel at anchorage, carrying cargo by barges, unloading at Haldia Floating Terminal / HDC and delivery to importers.
